To drive a four-platform enterprise rebrand, I modernized a legacy UI into a scalable, token-based architecture. By engineering strict accessibility fallbacks and robust developer documentation, I bridged the design-to-code gap and permanently elevated the team's technical baseline.

This project solved the communication gap between childcare centers and families with a two-part mobile solution: the CircleTime app for parents and a companion app for staff.

Our redesign of the platform's enrollment feature focused on a clear, efficient user experience and confident data-driven planning. Through intuitive daily opening counts and a new "Enrollment Finder" tool, we empowered administrators through faster, more reliable workflows.

This project modernized the guest journey by launching a seamless mobile experience with Digital Check-In, Check-Out, and a Digital Key to increase guest convenience, boost app engagement, and reduce front desk workload.

Cart and checkout page redesign was introduced to mitigate the current combo checkout’s long and tedious experience on mobile view. Our goal was to improve the mobile experience and increase the conversion process of our website.

The booking engine page redesign reduced customer friction throughout the booking process and improved website conversion, leading to an increase in market share.
